What is the LiquorSplit return and refund process?

Thank you for your purchase from LiquorSplit.

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may contact us to return and we will initiate a refund process if applicable.

Returns

Returns are processed by LiquorSplit and are subject to our policy.  Please visit our homepage or contact LiquorSplit to confirm for our specific process.

If the wrong product has been delivered or is spoiled, LiquorSplit will commonly coordinate a time to pick up the product for a return.  In these instances, returns are usually accepted within 1 hour of the purchase.  Refunds are processed as soon the product is returned and return to your bank account within 7-10 days after bank processing.

Returns and replacements are not accepted once the order has been received by a verified customer/recipient. If the incorrect item is delivered or the item is spoiled, contaminated or otherwise not consumable, please reach out to us at (305) 506-1887

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 48 hours days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.  Refunds may take 10-14 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. LiquorSplit will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exchanges

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 2 days days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.  An exchange may take 10-14 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. LiquorSplit will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

All perishable items, or opened products, are not exchangeable or refundable.
