Tempranillo Blanco is a mutation of the familiar red Tempranillo grape.
The wine has been fermented in barrels: a mixture of French Allier and Vosgues oak and American Ohio oak, to complement the variety's own aromatic qualities with carefully integrated oak spice notes. Regular bâtonnage during the ageing process added a creamy texture.
